Terms and Conditions

By booking a course with Kinabalu MusicLab the participant agrees to the following:

1. You cannot transfer or resell your booking withour our permission

2. Courses fees are non-refundable, except for courses booked by phone, where you are entitled to cancel within 7 working days after payment.

3. Each course is assigned a fixed day and time, and you cannot change the day or time once the course has started.

4. If an instructor is unavailable due to illness or other professional reasons, the lesson will either be rescheduled or held via correspondence.

5. Kinabalu MusicLab has the right to change teachers/instructors. If this happens we will try to give you reasonable notice.

6. A substitute teacher/instructor may be assigned temporarily if our regular tutor has a professional commitment.

7. We make every effort to provide accurate information on our website (kinabalumusiclab.com), but we reserve the right to update course content, materials, or fees for inprovement purposes. We will give reasonable notice of any changes where possible.
